What is a hackathon?

An event in which a large number of people meet to engage in collaborative computer programming.

What will you be working on?

A functioning system that emphasises the pieces of functionality your team considers essential to address the problem (you will be given a set of themes to develop a problem statement).

Workshops

The following workshops have been set up to prepare you for the Hackathon! They are ran by different groups and to give you an insight into different tools and techniques you could use when developing your system! A lot of preparation has gone into this. Make sure you pop down for the quick 30-40 minute sessions.

Prizes:

The winning team will recieve a Google Nest Hub each. The second place team will recieve £20 Amazon Voucher each.


Judges:

There will be 4 judges comprised of a staff member from the Computer Science department, LSU Enterprise and 2 external judges from industry.
